perhaps?

The "kingdom of Heaven" is a condition of the heart - not something that comes "upon the earth" or "after death."

I'm not sure I agree.

I'm pretty sure Jesus would disagree: He taught his disciples to pray that God's kingdom would come on the earth, as it is in heaven. For him, that rule of God through his appointed king began in the nexus of his life, death, resurrection, ascension, pentecost and vindication (AD 70 and the perseverance of the church through Roman oppression). We may enter that kingdom now, here on earth, as we submit to the king. But its 'coming' has already occurred, although it may not yet appear that way (1 Cor 15).
